Rates are per night, per room and are expressed in ARS Pesos. VAT 21% Incl.
Includes Buffet Breakfast and complete dinner. We offer every night, a fixed menu, selected by our chef. Our menu is not à la carte and can be modified only in case of dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, celiac, etc.) as long as you inform us in advance. It consists of 3 steps: Starter, Main Course and Dessert. Includes filtered water and a non-alcoholic beverage depending on the variety available.

General terms and conditions:

This quote is only valid if guests are eligible for the VAT refund benefit.
The VAT refund benefit is exclusive for foreign visitors with proven residence outside Argentina. A copy of each passport is required to confirm reservations. If the country of residence is different from the country of citizenship, please confirm details by email. Reservations without passport provided will be re-quoted to add the applicable VAT rate.
Where passports are not provided at the time of booking, the accommodation with breakfast will be re-priced to include the applicable VAT (currently 21%) which will be charged with payment.
VAT refund applies only to accommodation and breakfast (if included in the room rate). Other services provided by the hotel are excluded from the VAT refund policy.
No VAT refund will be applied in case of cancellation or no-show fees.

All reservations must be supported by a written request sent by e-mail to reservas@hosteriaelpenon.com.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 DAYS of the passenger's arrival, 100% of the deposit will be credited towards future visits.
If you cancel later, between 29 DAYS and up to 15 DAYS before the passenger's arrival, you will lose 50% of the total amount of the reservation as a penalty and the other 50% will remain as a credit for future reservations.
If you cancel less than 14 DAYS before the arrival of the passenger, you will lose the total amount of the reservation.
If the passenger is already staying and wishes to leave before the agreed check out date, 100% of the reservation will be charged without exception.

Free cancellation 70 days prior to arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations between 69 and 60 days prior to arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night's accommodation as a penalty.
Cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the reservation is charged.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If passengers are already staying and wish to check out before the agreed check out date, 100% of the reservation will be charged without exception.

The forms of payment accepted by the Hosteria are the following: Cash or bank transfer.

As there are no banks in the region, payments at the Hostería, for any concept, must be in cash and/or bank transfer.
